About 

Harisson Survey and Drafting Pty Ltd is a family owned company founded by Karl & Clare Harisson in 2024. 
Karl is a Registered Mining Surveyor (Unrestricted) is NSW. He graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2001 with a Bachelor of Surveying degree. After spending 6 years working in Land & Civil Surveying, Karl entered the mining industry.
Working at two hard rock (gold) mines, he gained exposure to stope, sublevel caving and block caving over a 3 year period. Karl then moved into coal mining, where he gained his qualification as a Registered Mining Surveyor. Over the last 14 years Karl has been the Nominated Registered Mining Surveyor at four coal mines in NSW, two longwall mines and two board and pillar mines.
